For online camera purchases, we offer a no-questions-asked 14-day return policy. If the camera doesn't meet your expectations, simply email us, and we'll guide you through the return process.

If 14 days have passed since you received your goods, worry not. We provide a 6-month warranty from the day of purchase. Within this period, if any problems arise, we will arrange a repair or replacement for your camera.

The warranty covers defects in conformity present at the time of delivery. However, it's essential to note that defects or damage caused by misuse, such as water damage, oxidation, dropping or impact damage, negligence, and general wear and tear, are not covered. Before shipping, we meticulously record a video showcasing all our cameras and their functions.

Please be aware that any repairs or modifications performed by entities other than Analog Marketplace will result in the cancellation of the warranty.

Upon receiving your return, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process it. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Refunds for PayPal and Credit Card transactions may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your account. It's important to note that refunds can only be credited back to the original payment method. Additionally, refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the items only.
