It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If 14 days have gone by since receiving your goods, we give you a warranty valid for 6 months as of the day of purchase. If there is any problems in that time, we will organise a repair or a replacement for your camera.It covers defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. Defects or damage due to misuse, such as water damage, oxidation, dropping or impact damage, negligence and general wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. We always make a Video of all our Cameras and their functions before we send them out. Repairs or modifications carried out by someone else than Analog Marketplace will result in the cancellation of the warranty.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the items only.
